The Reaper Saw Head 600 is a precision circular saw head designed for forestry and agricultural contractors who need clean, accurate cutting on mid-range excavators. Fitted as standard with a 600mm Fine Cut Hardox 450 saw blade, it cuts branches and stems up to 350mm diameter with precision and control. Ideal for hedge management contracts, farm boundary clearance, road verge maintenance and forestry scrub clearance. Hand-built to order at our workshop in Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. Every Reaper Saw Head 600 comes with one 600mm Fine Cut Hardox 450 blade included as standard. Rough Cut blades are available on request as an alternative — call to discuss pricing. When the teeth wear down from use, bring the blade back to our Fermanagh workshop rather than replacing it outright.
For rough cut blades, we weld new teeth back on. For fine cut blades, we recut the teeth back into the blade — a more precise process that restores the blade to full working condition.
Every blade we supply is made from Hardox 450 steel, manufactured in our own Fermanagh workshop — which is what gives us the knowledge and capability to restore them properly. The Reaper Saw Head 600 fits any excavator make and model in the 4–8 ton range. Custom Headstock — Built to Your Measurements
To get your Reaper Saw Head 600 fitted correctly, simply send Gary your excavator headstock measurements and we will build the headstock to match your machine. Please note: hydraulic pipes are not supplied with the Reaper Saw Head — you will need to source and fit your own pipes. The customer fits the attachment onto their own excavator. If your machine ever needs servicing, blade re-tipping or repair, bring it back to our Fermanagh workshop and we will get it sorted as quickly as possible.

Does it come with a blade?
Yes — every Reaper Saw Head 600 comes with one 600mm Fine Cut Hardox 450 blade included in the price as standard. Rough Cut blades available on request as an alternative — call to discuss pricing. When the blade wears down, bring it back to us. We re-tip rough cut blades by welding new teeth back on. For fine cut blades, we recut the teeth back into the blade. Either way, you get the blade back working rather than paying for a full replacement.
How long is the lead time?
We keep a selection of sizes available so lead times vary — you may not have to wait long. Every machine requires a custom headstock built to your measurements. Call Gary on 07734 357045 to check what is currently available.
Do you offer after-sales support and maintenance?
Yes — all servicing, blade re-tipping and maintenance is carried out in our own Fermanagh workshop, meaning faster turnaround and less downtime for you during the cutting season.
