The Grizzly Flail Head 1200 is a compact, powerful hydraulic flail attachment built for larger excavators tackling serious hedgerow clearance, thick scrub and heavy vegetation at commercial scale. With an 800mm working width and the ability to shred material up to 19mm diameter, it keeps field boundaries clean, roadside verges tidy and forestry scrub under control. Built for contractors running 8 to 13 tonne excavators taking on commercial scale clearance contracts that earns its keep through the season without giving them grief.

The vegetation is heavier, the volumes are larger and you have less margin for mechanical problems. The Grizzly 1200 shreds hedgerow, scrub, brambles and light woody growth up to 19mm diameter. It is designed for compact machines working on narrower hedgerows, tight field boundaries and roadside verges. For thicker vegetation and larger stems, consider the Grizzly 1000 or Grizzly 1200.
Lead time is 4 to 6 weeks. Every Grizzly 1200 is built to order in our Fermanagh workshop. That time is spent machining your custom headstock to your exact pin size and hydraulic specification and building the attachment properly. You are not buying a stock item from a warehouse. The Grizzly 1000 is for 4 to 6 tonne machines and handles up to 30mm, making it the most popular size for general farm and roadside work. The Grizzly 1200 is the heavy-duty option for 8 to 13 tonne machines taking on thick scrub and commercial scale clearance up to 50mm.
Yes. We deliver across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and England as standard. All machines are securely palletised for transport to your yard or job site. Delivery beyond these areas can be arranged. Just ask when you call.
